Our Chef
Our head chef, Maurice, has over 20 years of experience in the Food industry. He privately catered for exclusive events before deciding to strike out on his own with Kali's Express. His passion for food is evident in every dish he creates, and he loves nothing more than seeing the joy on his customers' faces.
